Guidance to the door
Once you have entered your destination, CoPilot Live 6 calculates complete turn-by-turn directions in seconds, and guides you there, with spoken and on-screen instructions.

Turn-by-turn voice directions
CoPilot Live 6 uses your Pocket PC loudspeaker to provide spoken turn instructions all the way to the door. CoPilot Live�s unique Text to Speech voice directions provide detailed instructions, reading-out road names and Points of Interest.

The way ahead is clear
The correct road to take is clearly highlighted, while a turn-ahead arrow graphic is displayed at junctions to emphasise the instruction.

How far to go and when will I get there?
Continuously updated estimated time of arrival (ETA) and distance to destination are displayed in all map views.

Choice of Map views

  • Driver Safety
    CoPilot Live�s driver safety mode only displays a map as you approach a turn or when you are stationary. At other times, the safety screen displays the next turn instruction, distance to next turn, estimated time of arrival, distance to destination as well as a customisable field, for example current road or the nearest town.

    On the approach to a turn, the map appears and zooms-in automatically the closer you get. You can see at a glance where you need to go next. Once the turn is complete, the safety screen returns.
  • 3D view
    Shows a bird�s eye view of the route ahead, while still providing turn instructions on-screen and spoken. Distance to turn indicator �billboards� are displayed, so you�ll know how far to go until the next turn
  • Where am I
    Shows your location on a 2D map as you move around. Turn directions are provided on-screen and spoken.
  • Next turn
    Shows a map from your current location to the next turn
  • Next stop
    Shows a map from your current location to the next stop
  • Itinerary
    Shows written instructions for the entire trip. You can also use this mode to avoid specific roads
  • Day/Night settings
    Low-glare night mode display settings are designed to avoid distracting drivers. CoPilot Live can switch between day and night mode automatically or you can choose to change manually.
