FleetCenter? Advanced features
(requires CoPilot Live Professional navigation and additional monthly/annual subscription)
-
Exception reporting: FleetCenter provides a variety of advanced features to help Businesses better manage and control their fleet. Exception reporting provides a variety of useful real-time information, for example notification about excess speeds, late starts and non-moving vehicles.
It is possible to configure alerts for specific events such as excess speed, location compliance, late starts or long delays. Dispatchers can receive notifications on-screen and via e-mail about instances such as when a specific vehicle does not commence work by a certain time, goes above a certain speed limit, or even enters or exits a geofenced bounding box.
-
Historical Reporting: Historical reports can be generated for review and audit purposes, including overall fleet summary and performance statistics as well as individual reports, for example the location, speed, or mileage history of a certain vehicle or a group of vehicles. FleetCenter also makes it possible to divide vehicles into groups and categories, for example if certain vehicle types are managed by individual dispatchers. By using different coloured symbols displayed on the map and selecting certain functions for specific groups, control of even complex and large fleets becomes simple.
-
Enterprise integration options: Larger organisations looking to integrate FleetCenter within their network can choose to host FleetCenter themselves. Support for Blackbox hardware solutions and for custom integration using the CoPilot Professional Software Development kit make CoPilot Live and FleetCenter a highly scalable, easy to deploy integrated fleet management and navigation solution for the Enterprise.
The combination of CoPilot Live navigation and FleetCenter provides businesses with a reliable, cost-effective, and integrated fleet management system without the burden of having to install special equipment. Dispatchers and Back Office Managers obtain increased control, visualization and improved job allocation. Mobile workers benefit from more efficient routes, less transit time between jobs, and an extremely safe satellite navigation system that eliminates the dangerous use of paper maps while driving. Fleet costs are diminished through reduced fuel consumption and vehicle depreciation, while overall productivity is stimulated through re-engineered business processes that enable more work to be performed per day. Customer service is enhanced through real-time fleet visualization and tracking invitations, while the environment benefits from reduced emissions.
